Thank you to everyone who joined us for AWSIM’s inaugural Annual Scientific & Member Assembly. This historic gathering brought together clinicians, educators, researchers, trainees, and community partners to advance weight-inclusive care. We’re proud to make select resources available below.

About the Assembly

This first-of-its-kind virtual event convened voices from across the weight-inclusive medicine community for a day of evidence-based learning, meaningful dialogue, and professional connection. Participants explored the intersection of clinical practice, systemic inequity, and the evolving landscape of weight-inclusive care — including the growing role of GLP-1 medications.
